Velma'S Texas Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 tsp. mustard (yellow)
    4 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cube bread in a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish; top with Cheddar cheese, then top with browned sausage.
    Mix together 4 eggs, mustard and 2 cups milk and pour over sausage and refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning, pour a can of mushroom soup mixed well with 1 cup milk and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Can cook less with higher temperature.
    Serves 6 to 8.
