Creamy Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook macaroni, following directions on box.
    Rinse in cold water and drain.
    Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk; cook, stirring constantly until mixture is thick.
    Stir in 1 cup cheese until melted.
    Combine cheese mixture and macaroni.
    Fold in remaining cheese.
    Pour into 2-quart greased casserole.
    Combine crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
