Chicken And Pasta Dinner For Four - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boneless, skinned chicken, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium zucchini, cut in half and each half cut into 1/2-inch slices
    4 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar or Italian seasoning
    2 c. cooked ziti or rotini
    salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
    Spray pan with Pam; add chicken and cook through.
    Set aside.
