Bull'S Eye Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice bread
    1 egg
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Butter both sides of the bread. Using a small juice glass or 2-inch round cookie cutter, cut a hole in the center of the bread. Place the bread with the hole, and the hole, in a large skillet. Carefully crack the egg into the hole. Cook over medium heat until done on one side and then flip over and cook on the other side. It is like an over easy egg.
    The hole can be used as toast.
