Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sauerkraut
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation

In skillet, cook sausage and onion until brown.
Add sauerkraut, well drained and chopped fine, and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs.
Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
Stir into kraut mixture.
Shape into 30 (3/4-inch) balls and coat with flour.
Combine eggs and milk.
Roll floured balls in egg mixture and then in crumbs.
Place on cookie sheet; cover with foil and bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
