Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned and drained (can also use ham and bacon)
1 stick oleo
12 eggs
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1 lb. (16 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
Preparation

Melt oleo in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Layer 3/4 of potatoes.
Mix rest of ingredients in large bowl and pour into pan on top of the hash browns.
Sprinkle rest of potatoes on top of egg mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serve with coffee, orange juice and toast for a complete breakfast.
