Ingredients

1 pkg. refrigerator sugar cookie dough
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
assorted fruit (such as strawberry halves, kiwi slices, mandarin oranges, raspberries, blueberries)
currant jelly
Preparation

Roll cookie dough out on a floured surface into a 13-inch circle.
Transfer to a 12-inch pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Fold over and crimp an edge around the pizza, making it fit the pan. Bake according to the cookie dough package directions. Undercook it a little to avoid brittleness.
Mix cream cheese and sugar and spread on cooled cookie.
Arrange fruit in a pleasing pattern on top.
