Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 box seasoned crackers
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard and peppers.
    Put croutons in bottom of baking dish.
    Layer sausage and egg mixture; top with cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
