Poppy Seed Quick Bread("Slightly Sweet Breakfast Bread.") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. less 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. half and half
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. unbleached flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Beat together eggs, sugar, half and half and the oil.
    Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually stir flour mixture into eggs.
    Stir in poppy seed.
    Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan. Turn out onto a rack.
