Baked Wheaty Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces fryer chicken (2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breasts, 2 wings or your choice)
    crumbs made from wheat bread (about 3 c.)
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 pod garlic or more to your taste
    dash cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. Greek seasoning (optional)
    seasonings to your taste
Preparation
    Wash chicken and pat dry.
    Mix crumbs and add seasonings in medium size bowl.
    Melt oleo in medium size bowl.
    Dip chicken in oleo and roll in the crumbs and place in baking dish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
    If not brown on top, place under broiler for a few minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4 to 6.
