Beef Casserole With Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1 med. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4.5 oz. can chopped ripe olives
    5 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
    4 - 5 oz. thin noodles
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 C. dry red wine, optional
    2 C. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Saute meat with onion and garlic.
    Drain off fat.
