English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cornmeal
    6 c. all-purpose flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Grease 2 pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch).
    Coat with cornmeal.
    Mix 3 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, salt and baking soda in a big bowl. Mix milk and water in saucepan and warm to 105\u00b0.
    Stir into flour mix and stir in remaining flour.
    Put in pans; sprinkle top with remaining cornmeal.
    Let rise to double.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
