Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chopped mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. pre-cooked rice
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in margarine until golden.
    Combine soup, water and cheese.
    Thaw broccoli.
    Prepare rice and set aside.
    Combine all ingredients and place in buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
