Pork Parcels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. long grain rice
    1 (5 oz.) packet frozen sweet corn
    1 (5 oz.) packet frozen peas
    4 green onions
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. cider
    4 pork chops
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Put into bowl.
    Meanwhile, cook the corn and peas in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Chop the onions.
    Add to the rice and mix well together. Season to taste.
    Cut 4 large squares of aluminum foil.
    Put a chop on each piece.
    Sprinkle well with soy sauce.
    Put 1/4 of the mixture on top of each chop. Add a spoonful of cider.
    Wrap into a parcel and place on a pan. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
