Wojapi(Sioux Indian Fruit Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fruit juice (any kind, but choke cherry is the favorite)
cornstarch or flour (mixed with a little water for thickening)
pat of butter
sugar (according to taste and sweetness of juice)
Preparation

Bring the juice to boil.
Add enough thickening to make the consistency of thin gravy.
Add sugar and pat of butter.
Delicious eaten with Indian fry bread.
