Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. croutons
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 c. chopped or slivered almonds, toasted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients except 1 cup croutons and the cheese.
    Spoon into baking dish and sprinkle with remaining croutons and cheese.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.
    Makes approximately 6 servings.
