Ingredients

1 stick oleo, room temperature
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 c. grated sharp cheese (4 oz.), room temperature
Preparation

Mix well and roll in 2 logs.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Slice when ready to bake.
Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Let cool on paper towel.
