Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box macaroni shells
    1 block sharp Cheddar, shredded
    1 block Monterey Jack, shredded
    1 block Muenster, shredded
    3 1/2 to 4 c. milk
    1 stick butter (4 to 5 Tbsp. for white sauce)
    4 to 5 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook shells partially for 7 to 8 minutes.
