Dishpan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. liquid shortening
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. white sugar
    4 c. corn flakes
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. quick oats
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Roll in small balls.
    Flatten with fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or to doneness desired.
    Use spoon or two of water if too dry to mix well.
    Do not crush corn flakes. Bake at 225\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes for soft cookies.
