Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 stick butter
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (16 oz.) bag caramels
    1 c. pecans, cut up
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, water, oil, butter and 1/2 can condensed milk. Pour half of batter in a greased and floured sheet cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 15 minutes or until done.
