Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream shortening; add sugar gradually.
Add eggs (1 at a time), beating well after each egg.
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Cut up apples and add to sugar mixture alternately with dry ingredients.
Add chopped nuts and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
