Mom'S Pineapple-Nut Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. orange jello
    2 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatine
    1 (#2) large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. pineapple juice from drained pineapple
    2 c. orange juice
    2 c. Cool Whip or 1 c. light cream, whipped
    1 c. water
    1 c. pecans, broken into pieces
    1 c. fine grated carrots
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil one cup water; dissolve jello and gelatine mixture into water and cool.
    Add orange juice and pineapple juice.
    Whip cream and fold in nuts, pineapple, carrots and mayonnaise.
    Fold this into cooled jello mixture.
    Place in mold and refrigerate. When mold begins to set, stir up to prevent the nuts and pineapple from sinking to the bottom.
    When set, place in hot water and turn out immediately.
