Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 tsp. pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. oil or Crisco for browning
Preparation
    Blend soup with 1/2 can water.
    Measure out 1/4 cup of mixture and combine with beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, parsley and salt. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Brown in hot oil or Crisco, then add remaining soup mixture and relish.
    Cover and cook over low heat about 20 minutes, stir occasionally.
    Serves 6.
