Batter-Dipped Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. melted fat or vegetable oil
Preparation

Cut large fryer in serving size pieces.
Wash.
Partially cook in boiling water for 20 minutes; drain.
Sprinkle with salt, celery salt and pepper.
Dip in batter.
Drop in hot fat (360\u00b0). Fry until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve immediately.
