Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can (small or medium) shrimp
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Blend in lemon juice and catsup until creamy.
Slowly add juice from can of shrimp until blended thoroughly.
Add shrimp, either whole or cut up, depending on size.
Chill several hours.
Serve with crackers or chips.
