Sue'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 cube melted butter
    1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Place into a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
