Rice Hotel Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    cooked rice (about 1/3 c.)
    raisins
    vanilla sauce
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Place about 1 tablespoon rice and a few plumped raisins in the bottom of each of 8 custard cups.
    Fill with custard.
    Place cups in pan of water and bake about 30 minutes, until a silver knife inserted in center of custard comes out clean.
    Do not overbake. Cool and turn into serving dishes.
    Top with vanilla sauce.
