Orange Slice Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. orange slice candy, chopped
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream oleo and sugars.
Add eggs one at a time. Blend well. Add vanilla.
Add sifted dry ingredients.
Stir in oatmeal, sliced oranges, nuts and coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
