Red Beet Sauce For Baked Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can beets, drained
2 to 3 Tbsp. vinegar
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 to 3 tsp. horseradish

Preparation

Grate beets or put in blender.
Add remaining ingredients. Blend until almost smooth.
Serve in a dish as a condiment for ham.
