Quick And Easy Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 white or yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 1/3 c. water
4 large bananas
1/2 c. fine chopped nuts
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and water in mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed on electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Batter should be light and fluffy.
Peel and chop bananas into cake batter.
Beat at high speed for 1 minute more.
Fold in nuts.
