"Jesse" Salad (Smith) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can LeSueur green peas
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can Shoe Peg white corn
    2 oz. jar pimento, drained
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil sugar, vinegar, oil, pepper and salt for 1 minute.
    Pour this mixture over the vegetables.
    Mix well and allow to marinate. Next, eat and enjoy!
