Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. water
1 can cream of celery soup or 1 can broccoli cheese soup
1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 to 2 c. bread crumbs (I toast 4 slices of loaf bread in toaster medium brown, then cool, pull apart and put in blender 2 slices at a time to make bread crumbly, not fine for this recipe)
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook frozen broccoli in 1 cup water according to package directions.
When done, drain well.
Lightly grease 1 to 2-quart baking dish.
While broccoli is hot, mix broccoli, soup and cheese together.
Pour into baking dish.
Toss bread crumbs and margarine with fork until moist.
Top broccoli mixture with bread crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes.
(If any leftover, may be reheated in microwave.)
