Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    24 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed; drain.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine and add to crushed Ritz crackers.
    Place cracker mixture in greased casserole dish and add drained broccoli.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine and 1/2 pound cheese in double boiler or microwave oven and pour over broccoli.
    Top by sprinkling more crushed crackers over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until it bubbles.
