Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock or scrod
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    12 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Using fish fillets, either leave in large pieces or cut into serving sizes.
    Place fish in oiled pan, and sprinkle with crackers and melted butter.
    Blend crackers and melted butter before sprinkling on fish.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    If fish is thicker, bake slightly longer.
