Chicken Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. chopped green olives
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    In large bowl, soften gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients except whipped cream; mix well.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Place in oiled 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and refrigerate until firm.
    Unmold and slice thin to serve.
    Place on watercress or lettuce leaves.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
