Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or more peeled and sliced tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Bake a 9-inch deep dish pie shell at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes. Peel, slice and drain tomatoes on paper towels.
Put tomatoes in shell.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil and onions.
