Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash, cooked and drained
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. crushed saltines
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. bell peppers, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
