Great-Aunt Ruth'S Favorite Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. ginger
2/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 c. molasses
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Sift into a bowl the flour, baking soda and ginger.
Place to one side.
In another bowl, cream shortening and sugar.
Then blend in egg, molasses, vinegar and cold water.
Now add sifted dry ingredients.
