Catfish Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. catfish
salt, pepper and red pepper or hot sauce
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Boil the catfish until tender.
Pick out all bones (it comes off bones easily).
Season with salt, pepper and red pepper or hot sauce.
Add the egg and flour.
Mix well and shape into patties. Drop in small amount of oil until brown. Serve while hot.
