Eclairs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
4 eggs
Preparation
-
Heat to boiling point in saucepan the water and butter.
Stir in flour all at once.
Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves the pan and forms into a ball.
Beat in one egg at a time. Beat mixture until smooth and velvety.
