Basil Shrimp And Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. shelled and deveined shrimp or frozen medium shrimp, thawed
    2 c. frozen broccoli cuts
    1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch strips
    1/2 c. snow peas
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. water chestnuts
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Heat oil (Crisco) in large skillet on medium heat.
    Add shrimp.
    Stir-fry until shrimp are pink (4 minutes).
    Remove to a dish.
    Add all vegetables, except green onions.
    Stir-fry until crisp-tender.
