Kathryn Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, beaten
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Whip egg white until stiff.
    Add sugar and mix.
    Add other ingredients, mixing well.
    Fold in pecans and put on buttered cookie pan.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
