Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/16-inch thick
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1/2 gal. whole milk
    3/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Make a cream sauce with the margarine, milk and flour.
    Lay sliced potatoes in baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with cream sauce.
    Repeat
    with another layer.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 until tender.
