Crisp Dilled Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small green beans
    4 cloves garlic
    2 c. water
    1 pt. vinegar
    1 tsp. red pepper
    4 large heads dill
    1/4 c. salt
Preparation
    Stem green
    beans and pack uniformly in hot, sterilized jars. To each
    pint,
    add
    1/4
    teaspoon\tred pepper, 1 clove garlic and 1
    head
    dill.
    Heat together water, salt and vinegar.
    Bring to boil;
    pour over beans.
    Seal at once.
    Process in boiling water bath
    for 5 minutes at 212\u00b0.
    Makes 4 pints. Serve chilled.
