Cheeseburger Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (white preferred)
Preparation

Brown beef and onion.
Drain. Stir in salt and pepper.
Spread in greased 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth (15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater).
Make sure mixture is smooth, no lumps.
Pour on top of meat mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Take out of oven and top with sliced tomatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Return to oven and bake 5 to 8 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes and slice.
