Rosemary-Grilled Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (6 oz.) lean lamb loin chops (1-inch thick)
    1/4 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. dried whole rosemary
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from chops.
    Place chops in a large shallow dish.
    Combine wine and next 6 ingredients, stirring well.
    Pour over chops; cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning occasionally.
