Apple Pound Cake(Sugar Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. apple pie spice
    12 packets Sweet 'N Low
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    2 c. finely chopped apples
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine
    flour,
    soda,\tsalt
    and
    apple pie spice in a large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed. Beat together oil, Sweet 'N Low, eggs and vanilla until thoroughly combined. Gradually beat
    in
    flour mixture. Fold in apples, pecans and raisins. Pour into
    a
    greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at
    325\u00b0
    for 1\thour
    and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 10 minutes.
