Taco Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    onion
    green pepper
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. chili powder
    8 oz. pkg. Doritos, divided
    3/4 c. shredded Colby cheese
Preparation
    Saute margarine, onion and green pepper.
    Brown beef and drain off fat.
    Add to sauteed vegetables.
    Stir in mushroom soup, tomato paste, salt, oregano and chili powder.
    Place half of Doritos on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan, then pour meat mixture on top of Doritos.
    Add Colby cheese.
    On top of cheese, add rest of Doritos.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
