Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) Ranch Fiesta mix (frozen)
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation
    Cook and drain the Fiesta mix, then mix all together.
    Put topping on top and cook for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
