Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can pears, mashed
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Drain pears.
    Heat 1 cup juice to boiling.
    Pour over gelatin to dissolve.
    Cool.
    Add cream cheese and 2 tablespoons cream. Beat smooth.
    Add gelatin mixture; beat until partly thickened. Fold in mashed pears and whipped cream.
    Pour into mold and chill.
